Eagle Police Chief Travis Ruby explains that the decision was made to limit southbound turns while heading westbound on State Street. Drivers are now being directed to use an alternate route to connect to Eagle Road, causing confusion and surprise among those who were unaware of the change. GPS systems still guide drivers to make a left turn, leading to citations. Initially, police focused on education rather than enforcement, but now they have discretion to issue warnings or citations. The Chief encourages drivers to follow the new rules and provides an alternate route to avoid violations.
